Overview

At Techeroo, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible.

  • Start the return process by visiting our Returns Center and completing our step by step guided return application.
  • Make sure your item is unused and in its original packaging, and affix your shipping label to the package.
  • Ship your item(s) to us.
  • Requirements

    Within 30 Days - You must request a return within 30 days of the product being shipped to you. Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your return label.

    Includes original packaging and product in new condition - Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. Shopify may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.

    If a product is deemed unfit for return, Shopify will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer. The customer can choose one of the following options:

    1. The product will be shipped back to the customer at a shipping cost of $30 ; or
    2. The product will be recycled.

    If you do not select one of the above options within 14 days of Shopify informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.

    RETURNS

    All returns must be sent within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached in its original packaging.

    RETURN PROCESS

    To start the return process, please email us at: returns@techeroo.com so we can send you your designated return address. Place your unused item securely in its original packaging with proof of purchase, and mail your return to your designated return address.

    A return label is provided by us at no extra cost to you within twenty-four hours of completing your return application. If you would like to use your own label, please request your designated address to return your item. If you choose to do this, we will not reimburse you for shipping costs.

    REFUNDS

    Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the condition of your item. Please allow up to five (5) days for processing. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If your return is approved,

    you will receive a refund or gift card (whichever one you chose during your return application).

    Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to appear on your credit card statement but Techeroo gift cards are issued instantly and never expire.

    In the case that your return is not approved, you will receive an automated message telling you that your return has been rejected. You may request us to resend you the item but you must provide us with a return label or we can send you the item for $5 with no extra fees.

    EXCEPTIONS

    Damaged and/or defective products

    We are very sorry if your item arrived damaged and/or defective. Instead of using our Returns Center, please contact us with evidence of the damage and/or defect, so we can make it up to you.

    If you cannot find your item and it is marked as delivered

    • Verify the shipping address
    • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
    • Check with your neighbors
